These are plans that show the different boundaries of pieces of land or plots, defined by walls, metallic fences, boundary stones, etc.
They are used to identify boundaries, medians, property limits and surface areas perfect for purchase contracts and licence applications for building on minimal surface areas, segregation studies and inheritance division, correcting property information or boundary conflicts between neighbours.
ESTOP has two different measuring methods - through total station or electronic theodolite or through Topographic GPS. Depending on the orography and size of the area to be measured, either one of the two methods will be used.
